Get to know Jon

Jon leads the coaching division of Keenly. He is a leadership coach who specializes in strategies that help leaders discover the most important factors of growth for themselves and their organizations. He believes that one of the best qualities a leader can develop is discerning between what’s loud and what’s important. When leaders do the tough work of focusing on and improving what’s most important, they set themselves and their organizations up for sustained success. He has been a pastor in the local church for over 20 years and has helped coached ministries and organizations in team and individual leadership development & growth, personal and organizational mission & values, and ministry & marketing strategy. 

Jon and his wife Amanda are both from Glendale, AZ on the west side of greater Phoenix valley. They both have undergrad degrees and master’s degrees from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix. Go Lopes! The Hatch family stays busy with their three teenage kids, Connor, Anderson, and Kyndall. They are often outside hiking and soaking in all the amazing nature around them or having fun at family game nights. The Hatches believe strongly in investing in the local community and helping to make it better. They are involved in many community activities from playing and coaching sports to volunteering and participating in local organizations.
