Get to know Claudia

Claudia has loved writing since she was eight and got saved at eleven. She was a drama student in high school, mostly acting but working as a director sometimes. At seventeen years old in church camp, she committed to using her passions to glorify Jesus Christ. She graduated from Arizona State University with a film and media productions degree in 2015 and hoped to work in Christian film or church media production. Her focus was screenwriting, and she enjoyed tutoring English to international students. After college, she worked as a script reader for Pure Flix Entertainment, and her thesis film was nominated for Best Screenplay for a Short Film at the International Christian Film Festival. 

After Pure Flix, she worked as a part-time content writer for Fasturtle Digital, a digital marketing agency that specialized in small business. In her time there, she moved up to a full-time content writer where she wrote copy for websites and nearly a hundred blogs a month for almost fifty clients in various industries. She eventually became a content manager where she oversaw remote writing teams. 

She originally came on the Keenly team as a project manager, but quickly transitioned to the content coordinator. Because of her video editing training and film degree, plus her writing and digital marketing experience, Claudia is able to provide different types of content for both Keenly and our clients – videos, blogs, website copy, e-newsletters, etc. She’s so happy that God honored her desire at camp and brought her to a company where she can use her gifts to strengthen ministries.

Claudia married her husband Joseph in 2019 and wants to travel the world with him! They enjoy going to theatrical productions and the symphony, attending church, and fellowshipping with Christian friends. When she isn’t at Keenly, Claudia volunteers at a local pregnancy center, likes decorating her home, doing her nails, and is trying to read more.
