The coach will listen…lets pause on that thought right there. Each conversation the coach will spend time on their own summarizing what the leader has communicated so that they have clarity as to what the shared goals and obstacles are. While remaining objective the coach will take careful steps into the leaders world helping them navigate through their maze while crafting a clear and manageable path.
